The “Immortal Life” of the Section-on-Vaccine-Package-Inserts that states the Vaccine has not been evaluated for Genotoxicity or Carcinogenicity
Vaccine package inserts on the U.S. Government’s FDA website directly indicate U.S. Government-employees from the FDA/NIH/CDC and the current Secretary of HHS Robert F. Kennedy Jr. cannot scientifically defend the claim that vaccines do not mutate/damage genes and/or result-in/increase-the-risk of cancer(s) [11-117].







































































































FDA package inserts altogether without mention of mutagenic/carcinogenic clinical trials: BCG, Pneumovax, and the 2 Varivax inserts [114-117].
Non-FDA package inserts for polio vaccines also do not mention having conducted mutagenic/carcinogenic safety tests to assure of the genetic-safety of these vaccines [124-127].
In 1996, the FDA recommended genotoxicity safety tests for biological products, which includes vaccines [128].

However, in 2006, FDA withdrew the recommendation for genotoxicity safety tests for vaccines [129].

The World Health Organization states that genotoxicity safety tests are not needed for vaccines via citing their 2005 publication [131].


However, the WHO 2005 publication provides no scientific support for the claim that vaccines are genetically-safe, nor scientific support for the recommendation against such safety tests [130].

In 1996, medical microbiology literature already discussed that viral infection can be genotoxic, that disease can result from sufficient viral replication, and that virus strains that replicate poorly at fever temperature are used for live-virus vaccines [132-134].

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury (NCVI) Act of 1986 provides vaccine manufacturers immunity from liability for “injury or death,” directly stating so dozens of times [7].

- Elsie Lacks, her daughter, by 2026 standards might have been diagnosed with autism. She couldn’t speak and was institutionalized; but her medical records were lost due to being damaged. The official diagnosis given to her at the time was “idiocy,” a term no longer used in recent years [135].

- New implications for Informed Consent: HeLa cells, stolen from Henrietta without her knowledge much less her informed consent are used for vaccine research [122, 135] via cell culture research because poliovirus was replicating more efficiently in HeLa cells than in monkey testicle tissue [122, 135, 140], resulting in over 100 thousand publications [122] for the benefit/profit of researchers while Henrietta’s family had no idea her cells were taken for over 20 years [135] yet there is lack of informed consent regarding lack of Mutagenic/Carcinogenic safety tests for vaccines presently approved by the FDA [11-117], or polio vaccines containing live-strains used worldwide [124-127] despite published FDA guidelines for genotoxicity safety tests since 1996 [128] and despite lack of scientific support from the World Health Organization regarding the genetic-safety of vaccines [130-131]?

- The current Secretary of HHS discussed how John Hopkins University was one of the universities involved in bioweapons research and co-hosted Event 201 the pandemic simulation [1].

- Additionally, the Chapter 54 inclusion of the Harvard researchers’ calculation of the $17 trillion cost of the Covid “pandemic” countermeasures including $3.7 trillion lost by the working class can be regarded as a quantification.
- 3. “The cataclysmic impacts of a pandemic, multiplied by the frequency of escape, makes such research intolerable and unacceptable to [People of the United States of America].” [1]
- 4. The risks of zoonotic spillover have never been quantified and seem quite low. [1]
