Chapter 60
Through the course of his career, Chakravarti has received 115 NIH grants, totaling $68,994,228, Perlman is one of Dr. Fauci’s oldest and most reliable vassals, having accumulated over 130 NIH grants totaling $53 million since 1987. After helping to draft the NASEM letter, Perlman’s average annual NIH funding tripled, going from approximately $1.2 million per year to $3.69 million per year. (pg. 413)
Autism Librarian study notes– the current Secretary of HHS discusses Ralph Baric’s emails that were FOIA requested to indicate that Anthony Fauci and others convened to write the National Academics of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) letter to dismiss the lab-leak hypothesis, also stating that “The participants did their best to edit out inconvenient references.”
What implications does the current Secretary of HHS have when U.S. Government-employees “edit out inconvenient references” that influence their public statements, reports, executive orders, etc. to retain their U.S. Government “job security” -as per his previous Chapter 39 criticisms of U.S. Government and government-supported Universities’ GOF-researchers (or “death scientists” as calls them) benefitting from pandemics for budget expansions- where such references may aide People to obtain benefits/protections from the Constitution of the United States of America but may cost a U.S. Government employee their job/position?
Research question– Via omitting “inconvenient references” from public statements, reports, executive orders, etc., is a U.S. Government-employee creating inequality between U.S. Government and a Person of the United States of America that may benefit from such a reference, where lack of such a reference may cost/infringe a Person’s protections/benefits from the Constitution of the United States of America, such as Life against death from a U.S. Government-employee approved stimuli/stimulus, Liberty against travel-restrictions or Liberty from good-health and personal-General Welfare, pursuit of Happiness via benign actions supportive of other People’s benefits/protections from the Constitution of the United States of America, residential-Domestic Tranquility against death from U.S. Government-employee approved stimuli/stimulus, etc.?
Chapter 61
…the Lancet letter sought to silence discussion of the lab leak hypothesis using HHS‘s go-to logical fallacy: the appeal to authority; the letter asserts that scientists from multiple countries “overwhelmingly conclude that this coronavirus originated in the wildlife.” It next invoked an even more cringeworthy logical fallacy: the appeal to unity. The Lancet authors urged their colleagues to join in “solidarity with all scientists and health professionals in China,” who “stand together to strongly condemn conspiracy theories suggesting that COVID-19 does not have a natural origin.” (pg. 421-422).
Research questions: what implications does the current Secretary of HHS have when the World Health Organization and the CDC are hypothesized to commit the Logical Fallacy of False Cause via blaming lack of vaccination for cases of a disease while promoting live-vaccines that may subsequently result in vaccine-derived cases of the disease due to transmission via viral shedding -as in the case of the polio literature (transmission-warning statements are indicated on FDA vaccine package inserts for live-vaccines) [1]?
What implications does the current Secretary of HHS have when the CDC is hypothesized to commit the Logical Fallacy of False Cause and the Logical Fallacy of Wicked Circle via claiming to study antibody titers to understand “Breakthrough Infections” when antibody titers are simultaneously utilized to ascertain an immune response to a vaccine (hypothesized Wicked Circle) without defining “Breakthrough infection” as wild-type or vaccine-strain to begin with (hypothesized False Cause that places antibody titer research into a Wicked Circle) [2]?
I previously questioned: “Is this a Wicked Circle, where virus replication is the “cause” of disease, yet per aforementioned contraindications should not be inhibited?” [1] Thus, what implications does the current Secretary of HHS have when the CDC contraindicates antivirals and antibacterials prior/post vaccination for various live-vaccines such as Varicella and Typhoid [3], the ProQuad vaccine package insert contraindicates immune globulins because they could interfere with virus replication [4], yet the medical literature as early as 1996 (the same year the department of HHS began recommending genotoxicity safety tests for biological products including vaccines yet backtracked in 2006 similar to the World Health Organization’s recommendation against genotoxicity safety tests without scientific support for the genetic-safety of vaccines to market them as “safe” [2]) states that virus strains that replicate poorly at fever temperature are used as live-virus vaccines [6], yet neither the medical literature nor the CDC contraindicates anti-fever medications against live-vaccines or other infections from viruses that replicate poorly at fever temperature [3, 6] -in fact, they do the opposite and contraindicate products that interfere with viral replication. In other words, are anti-fever medications such as acetaminophen facilitating viral replication that may result in genotoxicity [5-7], creating novel implications for the acetaminophen-autism literature within the context of virology/medical-microbiology and Non-Clinical Toxicology safety tests, as well as implications for all anti-fever medications role in facilitating viral replication that may incite chromosomal damage [5-7]?
“Disease does not always follow successful virus replication in the target organ. Disease occurs only if the virus replicates sufficiently to damage essential cells directly, to cause the release of toxic substances from infected tissues, to damage cellular genes or to damage organ function indirectly as a result of the host immune response to the presence of virus antigens” [5].
“Viral replication is influenced strongly by temperature. … Artificial induction of fever reduces mortality in mice infected with viruses. Artificial lowering of the temperature during infection may increase mortality, as in suckling mice infected with coxsackieviruses and taken away from the warmth of their mother’s nest. Fever also augments the generation o cytotoxic T lymphocytes” [6].
“Chromosome damage may be caused directly by the virus particle or indirectly by events occurring during synthesis of new viral macromolecules (RNA, DNA, protein). The chromosome damage (Fig. 44-5) may or may not be faithfully repaired, and in either case, it may or may not be compatible with survival of the infected cell. When the cell survives, the virus genome may persist within the cell, possibly leading to continued instability of cellular genomic material or to altered expression of cellular genes (e.g., cellular oncogenes). Virus-induced genomic instability appears to be associated with accumulation of mutations and related to the process of cell immortalization and oncogenic transformation” [7].
