My uncle, President John F. Kennedy, created the USAID in November 1961 to administer humanitarian assistance and to promote democracy and economic development worldwide. Prior to the Kennedy administration, the [U.S. Department of State] distributed foreign aid as an adjunct Cold War foreign policy -US foreign assistance that tended to flow to military and civilian dictatorships with anti-communist bona fides. … Following JFK’s murder, military and corporate interests within President Lyndon’s administration co-opted USAID into working for the CIA. (pg. 215)

Autism Librarian study notes– what implications does the current Secretary of HHS, nephew of the creator of USAID, have for the citizens of the USA regarding his listed actions taken by CIA/USAID as concerns the authority-structure of the government if he is unable to address/ameliorate/rectify these actions by CIA/USAID that may and may continue to have detrimental effects upon the citizens of the USA in regards to international peaceful relations beneficial to the citizens of the USA?

…U.S Right To Know accused [USAID-PREDICT’s] eccentric headman, Dennis Carroll, of conspiring with Daszak and others to misappropriate hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of dollars of USAID money to launch a private arsenal of weaponizable viruses called the Global Virome Project (GVP). As early as 2017, Daszak and Carroll had been approaching private and government funders (including Chinese governments) to create an arsenal of weaponizable viruses and accompanying mRNA vaccines. … This device would create a steady pipeline of weaponized pathogenic superbugs for use in war (or peace) and depot of patented vaccines with which to guarantee unimaginable wealth in each incident of accidental or deliberate release. (pg. 224)
Autism Librarian study notes– Here, the current Secretary of HHS describes a cycle of bioweapons creation and vaccine-development where certain individuals profit from the development of bioweapons, as well as the vaccines in response to the bioweapon “release” whether accidental or deliberate -consistent with his previous discussion of the history of bioweapons use in war and the development of vaccines to address the “blowback” of using a bioweapon in war.
What implications does the current Secretary of HHS, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., have for the citizens of the USA regarding the government creating what he refers to as “weaponizable viruses” that may cost the Life of a citizen of the USA via the virus itself or other means such as a dangerous drug or a vaccine marketed to protect a citizen of the USA’s Life -referencing here the current Secretary of HHS’s criticism of Remdesivir in Chapter 29, and also referencing his criticisms of Covid-vaccines per his citing of Montano (2022) that lists ‘death’ and ‘life-threatening reactions’ in Chapter 10 of his other publication [2]?
