As early as 2002, aided by some $220.5 million in National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) funding, Ralph Baric developed a “seamless ligation” technique, which he boasted could perfectly conceal all evidence of human tampering in laboratory-created viruses. (pg. 316)
Baric and his UNC lab have been awarded over 186 NIAID grants approaching a quarter-billion dollars, resulting in hundreds of papers published in medical journals. (pg. 320)
Autism Librarian study notes– Zeng Lei-Ping, post-doctorate research fellow in bioengineering at Stanford University, is quoted in the chapter as well for discussing the use of Baric’s methods and referenced by the current Secretary of HHS as a student of Shi Zhengli (“batwoman”) via the Thousand Talents program -the Thousand Talents program was first discussed in Chapter 30.
Worth noting is the chapter discusses Duke University researchers identifying an artifact to trace the virus back to Baric’s methods of engineering.
I would return to the current Secretary of HHS’s assertions regarding GOF research in Chapter 28, with preliminary quantifications in Chapter 27.

But if Dr. Fauci’s experiments contributed to the pandemic, President Trump’s decision to appoint him to manage the response would seem an outrageous reward for egregiously bad behavior. Perhaps this explains Dr. Fauci’s stunning lack of curiosity about the origins of Covid-19, a striking departure for what the world might expect from the pandemic’s commander-in-chief. (pg. 324)
Autism Librarian study notes– since Donald Trump took office once again in 2025 nearly two years after the publication of this book, what improvements can be expected during his current term as President for the benefit of the People seeking the protection/benefits of the Constitution of the United States of America (i.e., where such protection/benefits may be defined as Liberty and residential/national-Domestic Tranquility via not being subjected to ‘injury or death’ from GOF-research-consequences and not being subjected to ‘injury or death’ from the consequences of vaccines-lacking-Non-Clinical-Toxicology-safety-tests and the benefit of Liberty-of-travel via not being subjected to travel-restrictions infringing upon Liberty and pursuit of Happiness through the benign actions of visiting loved family and friends) when President Trump’s previous appointment of Anthony Fauci to manage the response to the “pandemic” is criticized by the current Secretary of HHS as a reward for GOF research to begin with, and worth mentioning as well as Operation Warp Speed delivering of Covid-19 vaccines that -as referenced in Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s other publication [2]- resulted in the most reports to the VAERS system compared to all other vaccines and the current Secretary of HHS devoted an entire chapter to Covid-19 adverse health consequences?
How does Robert F. Kennedy Jr. defend his Oath of Office in the context of Covid-19-vaccine/Operation Warp Speed consequences [2] when a Person can state each adverse event is a violation against the protections/benefits of the Constitution of the United States of America against a Person per event?
