Chapter 41
By 2014, Dr. Fauci and USAID were cofunding Dr. Shi Zhengli’s GOF research. In January of that year, Shi received a $665,000 subaward from NIAID via EcoHealth Alliance for a project titled, “The Ecology of Bat Coronaviruses and the Risk of Future Coronavirus Emergence,” and another $559,500 from the USAID PREDICT program. (pg. 264)
In 2019, NIAD committed another $3.7 million to a six-year GOF research program in Wuhan specifically to develop new chimeric coronaviruses with enhanced potential to infect humans. (pg. 265)
In October 2021, even as the scandal was publicly unfolding, USAID’s PREDICT program, again, brazenly awarded a grant to EcoHealth Alliance, to the tune of $4.67 million, despite unanswered questions about the research on bat coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, partially funded by its previous grants to EHA. (pg. 265)
Autism Librarian study notes– $9,594,500 in U.S. Government funding to gain of function research stated in this chapter alone, research which per author criticisms in Chapter 28 is with 1. negligible benefits, 2. unquantified monumental risks, 3. with potential cataclysmic effects of a pandemic, and 4. an unquantified/low risk of zoonotic spillover, and in Chapter 26 the current Secretary of HHS references statements by Professor Ebright that GOF research is “highly publishable,” “highly fundable,” and an experiment can take just 6 months with a success rate of 100%.
The quantification is partially conducted (with a lot of missing data, for various possible reasons including U.S. Government failures to disclose for independent research purposes) in Chapter 27 in terms of injuries and lives, as well the economic/health/life impacts of the 2020 “pandemic” after the October 2019 Event 201 pandemic simulation when months before Shi Zhengli “predicted” a “leak” in March 2019, the 2020 pandemic whose effects may arguably still be subject to new data to this day due to heavy vaccine marketing in the absence public disclosure regarding Non-Clinical Toxicology sections of Covid-19 vaccines that may still be influencing certain individuals’ behaviors on vaccines.
Research question: under the current Secretary of HHS Robert F. Kennedy Jr., how much funding has been provided for gain-of-function research?

In July 2023, Dr. Fauci’s longtime friend, colleague, co-collaborator, and his ostensible boss, assistant HHS secretary Dr. Robert Kadlec, who served as director of vaccine development for Operation Warp Speed, delivered an even more damning verdict in an interview with a leading Australian newspaper: “We think vaccine research resulted in the pandemic- that vaccine research was the proximate cause.” (pg. 277)
The context of the current Secretary of HHS historical references to bioweapons use and the development of vaccines to address the “blowback” from bioweapons use in war I would reference here…
Provided the current Secretary of HHS Robert F. Kennedy Jr. reference that “vaccine research resulted in the pandemic,” what implications does the current Secretary of HHS have for the People of the United States of America regarding tax-dollars still being used to conduct research that resulted in “four million people dying around the world from a pandemic” -as per his quoting of Senator Rand Paul in this chapter?
Provided the current Secretary of HHS quotes Senator Rand Paul for stating to Anthony Fauci that “four million people dying around the world from a pandemic,” and I, a Person of the United States of America, may state “if vaccine/bioweapons research via gain-of-function research resulted in four million people dying around the world and the U.S. Government is funding that research within the United States of America and internationally as stated on President Trump’s executive order’s for a 120 day end of such research [2], where death is not Life for the People of the United States of America and where a 120 end of gain-of-function research is only a 120 day end of gain-of-function research that per Senator Rand Paul quoted by the current Secretary of HHS resulted in four million deaths around the world,” how do Senator Rand Paul, the current Secretary of HHS Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and President Donald Trump defend their Oaths of Office to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America regarding vaccine/bioweapons research that resulted in death to People of the United States of America?
