This section of the library is dedicated to a chapter-by-chapter analysis, study, and research questions/postulations/hypotheses for the literature derived from my reading of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s book “The Wuhan Cover-Up and the Terrifying Bioweapons Arms Race” published in 2023.
In 2025, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. became Secretary of Health and Human Services for the United States of America.

Chapter 14
Robert F. Kennedy writes:
There are two risks associated with vaccine research. First, using the pretext of vaccine development, bioweapons scientists develop cultures of souped-up pandemic pathogens that can -if necessary- be easily cultivated at industrial scale. These creatures can escape and devastate humanity. Secondly, bioweapons research can provide blueprints with which other state and non-state malefactors can develop poor man’s bombs with the killing potential of nuclear detonation. (pg. 80)
Autism Librarian study notes– is the current Secretary of HHS stating, then, that vaccine research in itself is dangerous prior-and-in-addition-to adverse events from vaccines?
Chapter 15
Robert F. Kennedy pens:
By 1987, the Department of Defense admitted that, despite the treaty banning research and development of biological agents, it was operating 127 bioweapons research projects at university and government laboratories around the nation. (pg. 82)
Autism Librarian study notes– the current Secretary of HHS here notes that the Department of Defense, in spite of the ratification of the Geneva Protocol and the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) over a decade prior in 1975, the American government continued biological weapons research. Research question: how did the universities come to conduct such research if they knew of the treaty, despite funding offered to them? In the next few paragraphs the Secretary of HHS criticizes universities for not only receiving the funding, but taking most of the funding in “overhead,” leaving the researcher with less than half.
Robert F. Kennedy wrote:
…the Reagan administration arranged for the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and a biological sample company, American Type Culture Collection, to ship weapons-specific biological agents to Saddam Hussein. Thus, US government officials were transferring the lethal yield of the Pentagon/CIA’s surreptitious “dual use” research to a genocidal tyrant with the expectation that he would mass-produce and deploy it against Iran, in violation of the Biological Weapons Convention. (pg. 84-85)
Autism Librarian study notes– is the current Secretary of HHS stating then, that the Reagan administration as well as the CDC, the CDC which still in 2026 supposedly-oversees the health of Americans in the USA, the CDC whose government structural hierarchy is supposed to be subordinate to the position of the Secretary of HHS, is connected to the deaths of individuals in Iran and Iraq via the shipping of biological weapons which the USA was not supposed to possess after the 1975 ratifications?
Robert F. Kennedy writes:
The United States cannot demand that members of the armed forces also serve as guinea pigs for experimental drugs. Data suggest that approximately two hundred thousand US troops suffered from Gulf War Syndrome (GWS). Following public hearings on the scandal, Senator Jay Rockefeller accused senior members of the Bush Sr. administration of violating the Nuremburg Code on Medical Experimentation against America’s own troops. (pg. 85)
Autism Librarian study notes– in this Gulf War section the current Secretary of HHS states that the Bush Sr. administration of the USA violated the Nuremberg Code via the vaccination of service members with a vaccine in response to the Reagan administration’s shipping of bioweapons anthrax/botulinum to Saddam Hussein -because as discussed previously by the current Secretary of HHS, vaccination efforts were conducted to avoid the “blowback” of the warfare use of bioweapons; is the implication here by the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. that service members’ Gulf War Syndrome is the consequence of bioweapons use to begin with?
Ongoing impressions- the current Secretary of HHS sheds light on the dark past of vaccination efforts due to the use of bioweapons on these chapters, and he seems to bring to question the use of vaccination in present-day where even the use of vaccines as a response to bioweapons use resulted in disease.
