Chapter 23
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. writes:
Collins would only confirm grants for two projects in 2018 and declined to give a total number, evasively claiming “the answer would hinge on how the work was defined in a given year.” So, not only is the term “gain-of-function” fluid, but the definition changes by the year! (pg. 140)
Autism Librarian study notes– reminiscent of the Patriot Act, whereby the “terms and conditions” are modified by a party most likely to benefit from the change in definitions. Does the current Secretary of HHS, then, imply here that changing in definitions/terms/conditions, whether in research or in other matters like the Patriot Act, is a culprit for matters the citizens of the USA have been impacted with, as pertains to crimes contained within this book he published? What is the proposed solution, then, by the current Secretary of HHS, for government agencies utilizing their ability to change their definitions/terms/conditions in a matter that benefits them or creates loopholes?
Chapter 24
“New York Times Bestselling Author” carves on woodpaper:
In 1984, Peter [Daszak] attended University College of North Wales-Bangor, where he earned a degree in zoology, graduating in 1987. He completed his doctorate in parasitology from the University of East London in 1994 specializing in parasites that attack reptiles and amphibia. In 1997, he published a paper -ironically- as a coauthor with British gastroenterologist Dr. Andrew Wakefield. (pg. 142)
Autism Librarian study notes– the brunt of the chapter is on Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance, through whom the current Secretary of HHS notes Anthony Fauci laundered Wuhan lab grants in partnership with them, as well as the Chinese military and Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Daszak co-authored many gain-of-function research papers with Shi Zhengli -the same woman who made the statement “It is highly likely that future SARS- or MERS-like coronaviruses outbreaks will originate from bats, and there is an increased probability that this will occur in China.” In 2008, post-ratification of the Geneva Protocol, a grant proposal by Daszak wrote:
Two of these newly emerged viruses, HeV and NiV [nipah virus], are not only novel discoveries, they are also BSL4 agents that possess several biological features that make them highly adaptable for use as bioterror agents. (pg. 143)
Autism Librarian study notes– The chapter also mentions Daszak’s partnership with University of North Carolina, University of Texas, and Baylor University to fund the virology lab in Wuhan.
Noteworthy dates-
1975- USA ratification of Geneva Protocol and BWC.
2001- In response to anthrax attacks after 9/11/2001 -attacks later linked back to Pentagon via Project Bacchus and an FBI cover-up as noted by the author due to the FBI ordering the destruction of all anthrax cultures in Ames, Iowa- Patriot Act signed by President Bush in October 2001. Section 817 of the Patriot Act being the means through which the USA nullified its own ratification of the international treaty on bioweapons research/development.
The book provides its own timelines as well, on certain pages.
Is the implication then, by the current Secretary of HHS, that the signing of the Patriot Act by then-President Bush, and the consequences thereafter (e.g., worldwide “pandemic,” injuries/deaths from mRNA vaccines, etc.), is traced back to an FBI anthrax cover-up and the Pentagon’s Project Bacchus?
