Wellcome, the Gates Foundation, and Gavi collectively donated $1.4 billion to the [World Health Organization], including $170 million specifically for COVID-related programs since 2020. (pg. 430)
Autism Librarian study notes– the current Secretary of HHS focuses on Bill Gates once again, criticizing his “$100 billion vaccine empire,” his collusion with Anthony Fauci to cover up Covid-19 treatments, a “$200 billion economic benefit” from his vaccine investments, Bill Gates’ and Anthony Fauci’s statements on Pfizer vaccines preventing transmission even after Pfizer’s representative said the monkey studies indicated their Covid vaccines did not prevent transmission, and Bill Gates buying Pfizer shares for $17 in 2019 and later selling them for $300 each in October 2021.
What implications does the current Secretary of HHS have regarding inequality created by U.S. Government-employees between U.S. Government-employees and People of the United States of America when U.S. Government-employees approve products (that a man such as Bill Gates can profit from in the ways he criticizes in the book) that have never undergone Non-Clinical Toxicology safety tests to assure the public of their genetic-safety when marketed as “safe” [3] and contribute toward Chapter 10 of his Vax-Unvax publication on the injuries by Covid-19 vaccines published in the literature [2], when U.S. Government-employees or a man such as Bill Gates profit from investments in pharmaceutical companies that contribute injuries/deaths toward his previous publication [2], the Covid-related programs that per his Chapter 54 reference “cost the working class $3.7 trillion” while the world’s billionaires made $3.9 trillion, and that governments are printing money to finance the debt subsequently triggering global inflation, which he refers to “a backhanded mechanism of taxing the poor“?

[Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations] asked the donors for $3.5 billion to assist it in developing a library of vaccines for future pandemics. It raised almost half that amount at the event, with the largest donations coming from Wellcome Trust and the Gates Foundation. (pg. 437)
Autism Librarian study notes– What implications does the current Secretary of HHS, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., have when U.S. Government-employees approve vaccines in the name of “pandemic preparedness” when those vaccines have never undergone Non-Clinical Toxicology safety tests [3] and his investigations culminated in an entire book regarding bioweapons research conducted under the guise of vaccine/gain-of-function research [1], the adverse events from U.S. Government-employee approved vaccines contributed toward his Vax-Unvax publication [2], and as of July 2026 U.S. Government is rebranding/re-marketing “death science” or “death scientists” -as the current Secretary of HHS previously refered to bioweapons research(ers) [1]- as actually being “Life Science Research” in the new White House document supposedly banning “Dangerous” gain-of-function research yet simultaneously giving a free pass to poorly defined parameters of research that can “contribute to the development and approval of medical countermeasures” [4] because “…the policy preserves critical biomedical research — including the development of vaccines [that have thus far contributed toward Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s Vax-Unvax publication…?], therapeutics, diagnostics, and other medical countermeasures — under strong safety and security safeguards” [5]?
In HHS’s release, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is quoted: “Today, we are ending federal support for dangerous gain-of-function research and replacing weak oversight with clear, enforceable safeguards. This policy delivers on President Trump’s commitment to put safety first while ensuring America remains the global leader in ethical, responsible, and lifesaving biomedical research.” [5]
Is the “lifesaving” “biomedical research” Robert F. Kennedy Jr. refers to here the same research that resulted in his Vax-Unvax publication [2] that he regards as being conducted under the guise of bioweapons research [3]?
What is the difference between “has a substantial risk of achieving” and “could potentially result in” as concerns the definitions below regarding one type of research that is “prohibited” from the other that is “permissible”?
