This section of the library is dedicated to a chapter-by-chapter analysis, study, and research questions/postulations/hypotheses for the literature derived from my reading of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s book “The Wuhan Cover-Up and the Terrifying Bioweapons Arms Race” published in 2023.
In 2025, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. became Secretary of Health and Human Services for the United States of America.

Chapter 1
Robert F. Kenny Jr. wrote:
In March 2019, the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s gain-of-function impresario Shi Zhengli-a.k.a. “Bat Woman”-and her colleagues, forecast: “It is highly likely that future SARS- or MERS-like coronaviruses outbreaks will originate from bats, and there is an increased probability that this will occur in China. (pg. 2)
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. cites this quote as an odd prediction considering the later patenting of mRNA vaccine technology, and RFK Jr. writes how Moderna “begged” for the US patent office to approve the vaccine due to concerns of a SARS coronavirus outbreak.
Autism Librarian study notes– while I’m early in reading the book and less familiar with the pandemics/bioweapons/virology literature, is the implication here that those that work at virology labs are somehow connected to lab-leak outbreaks? Is the implication in this chapter that the “leak” was not really an accident, but a means to obtain patenting for mRNA vaccines?

In a modern iteration of the CIA mind control program MKULTRA, federal health agencies, and USAID funded the emergence of a cottage industry among university social scientists and physicians exploiting psychological warfare techniques for battling vaccine resistance. (pg. 4)
Autism Librarian study notes– is the implication that it is MKULTRA-like to fund “vaccine hesitancy research”? The quote provides citations 63-66; they are all publications related to vaccine hesitancy.
On page 5, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. writes about gain-of-function research conducted at virology labs, and criticizes USAID and EcoHealth Alliance which he describes as a CIA fronts, as well as the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) and NIH, also criticizing the latter two agencies for playing roles in bioweapons research for the Pentagon and the CIA.

Chapter 2
Bioweapons development was the CIA’s first love, and has remained its relentless passion. The CIA/s natal obsession with bioweapons pitted the agency against all the idealistic underpinnings of both American democracy and the healing arts of medicine. Bioweapons, after all, are the inverse of medicine. By enhancing infectivity of pathogens and endowing them with resistance to antibiotics and therapeutic treatments, and to heat and cold, the occult art of bioweapons development seeks to undermine all of the advances in medicine made by a hundred generations of doctors and scientists since Hippocrates. (pg. 18)
Autism Librarian study notes– is Robert F. Kennedy Jr. stating the CIA as an agency in its entirety is connected and responsible for the Wuhan “leak” via its bioweapons development research? Is Robert F. Kennedy Jr. implying that the CIA is to blame for lockdowns, vaccine mandates, etc. as a result of the 2020 “pandemic” due to the CIA’s bioweapons research development?
Chapter 3
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. wrote:
According to eyewitness accounts, at least three thousand human guinea pigs died hideously in Japanese germ warfare experiments during that period. After World War II, Russian officials indicted twelve Japanese Army officials from Detachment 731 for field-testing bubonic plague, cholera, typhoid, typhus, and anthrax. Japan’s deployment of these weapons against civilian targets, according to some estimates, killed as many as five hundred thousand civilians in Chinese and Manchurian cities. (pg. 23)

Kennedy Jr. references Japanese bioweapons research Unit 731; is the implication that Japanese bioweapons research, as a collective of worldwide research on bioweapons, is responsible for for the 2020 “pandemic” and subsequent events?
In Japan, healthy, plump Chinese, Manchurian, and Russian guinea pigs-men, women, children, and infant civilians-awaited death in 1,000 cages from where they would, when ordered, extend their arms into adjacent corridors to receive inoculations from syringes filled with teeming pathogens administered by roving squads of physicians and scientists. The injections included a long menu of infectious diseases with weapons potential: bubonic plague, anthrax, cholera, gangrene, typhoid, tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea, dysentery, smallpox, and botulism.(pg. 26)
Autism Librarian study notes– is the current Secretary of HHS implying here that the origins of vaccines lay in bioweapons research involving the unethical injection of diseases into individuals?
Overall first impression- it seems the Secretary of HHS implies in these first few chapters that vaccine-research has its origins in bioweapons research, and that the CIA, Japanese researchers, Nazi scientists, various USA-government health agencies and other forms of biological warfare are responsible and all historically connected to the Wuhan “leak.”
