On December 2, 2020, the former CIA counterintelligence director, William Evanina, remarked that he was “proud” of his part in censoring social media and removing accounts, and for performing other acts of “daring” during the pandemic. Evanina’s heroic actions included violating the First Amendment prohibition against government interference with free expression and the CIA charter, which forbids the agency from propagandizing Americans. Evanina’s shameless boast suggests that the is among the CIA officers who take lightly their oaths to uphold the Constitution. (pg. 236)
A screenshot provided to me when I attempt to log into my Linked In account; the access was restricted most likely due to support I was receiving for my statements on vaccine safety advocacy. This restriction happened in May 2024 after I received an email from Linked In stating: “Your post doesn’t comply with our Professional Community Policies. It’s been removed from LinkedIn and only you can access it” -if I recall correctly, I believe the post in question was referencing an Informed Consent Action Network publication regarding autism.
Is Linked In acting on behalf of the U.S. government by requesting a government-issued ID?
Since Robert F. Kennedy Jr., now the current Secretary of HHS thanks in part to Informed Consent Action Network’s CEO Del Bigtree efforts as his 2024 campaign manager, in this quote indicates his support of 1st Amendment rights and Oaths of Office to uphold the Constitution via his criticism of CIA counterintelligence director’s social media censorship, what should I believe in regards to a potential violation of my 1st Amendment rights by Linked In for openly speaking on matters Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has 20 years of history also criticizing and has also been censored for?
What implications does the current Secretary of HHS have for those who have sworn Oaths of Office to uphold the Constitution, yet request/coerce social media companies into violating 1st Amendment rights under their own “Policy”?
What implications does the current Secretary of HHS have for social media companies that give themselves powers disguised as “Policies” to bypass/violate 1st Amendment Rights?
What implications does the current Secretary of HHS have for U.S. Government restricting People’s Liberty to travel during the Covid-19 “pandemic” as concerns upholding Oaths of Office to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America basis for establishing domestic tranquility and the general welfare of the citizens of the USA, where I, a breathing person of the USA, may state “I had neither domestic tranquility with my family nor general welfare protections upon my Happiness and Life when my Liberty of free travel was restricted by U.S. Government whom the author of ‘The Wuhan Cover Up’ criticizes as funding the very research that led to these restrictions on my Liberty”?
What implications, as concerns upholding Oaths of Office to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, does the current Secretary of HHS have for U.S. Government mandating vaccines that are marketed as “life saving” by government health agencies/representatives, yet the “life-saving” claims by U.S. Government are contradictory to the current Secretary of HHS’s own citations and criticisms [2], where I, a person of the USA, may state “If a publication referenced by the Secretary of HHS indicates that Covid-19 vaccines marketed by U.S. Government are linked to ‘death’ and/or life-threatening reactions’, then U.S. Government representatives are not upholding their Oaths of Office to the Constitution, where the Constitution’s basis supports domestic tranquility of the People, where this domestic tranquility is subsequently violated by ‘death’ and/or ‘life-threatening reactions’ upon the People, and the People’s Liberty is restricted where Liberty depends upon Life, where ‘death’ is not ‘Life’?”

What implications, as concerns upholding Oaths of Office to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, does the current Secretary of HHS have for U.S. Government providing the People the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), and the People report ‘death’ to U.S. Government VAERS, however U.S. Government gives itself the power to determine whether a vaccine is a “cause” of death, where I, a person of the USA, may state “If the U.S. Government ‘…established the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program to be administered by the Secretary under which compensation may be paid for a vaccine-related injury or death‘ [3], and the U.S. Government has given itself the power to state a vaccine is or is not the cause of ‘death’ [3, 4], then U.S. Government representatives are not upholding their Oaths of Office to the Constitution because an Act should not be passed to pay for compensation for vaccine-related ‘death’ where the Constitution’s basis supports domestic tranquility of the People, where this domestic tranquility is subsequently violated by ‘death’ and/or ‘vaccine-related injury,’ and this same ‘injury or death’ was the basis for which the U.S. Government passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 via including the word ‘death’ in the Act 81 times, and the People’s Liberty is restricted where Liberty depends upon Life, where ‘death’ is not ‘Life’?”
