Just to recap: here we have James Le Duc, former solider and director of a US bioweapons lab asking a Chinese scientist affiliated with the Chinese military to edit his congressional testimony on a subject of national security, in which her interests clearly departed from those of the United States. Autism Librarian study notes– Hypothesis: while the chapter continues to focus on bioweapons development and surely the remainder of the book shall continue to discuss bioweapons development at different facilities, universities, individuals, etc. etc. etc., I hypothesize the premise remains on the Geneva Protocols/BWC violations conducted via the Patriot Act.

Chapter 35

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. writes:

[Bill] Gates must have realized that in partnering with the world’s largest communist nation, he was making a golden handshake with the Devil. Gates relinquished ultimate control of his business future and Microsoft. The Chinese collaboration has made MSR Asia the backbone of Microsoft. MSR is absolutely vital for Microsoft to do the kind of pioneering innovation that ensures its global future. The downside is that Microsoft is utterly dependent for its economic survival on the whims of the Chinese Communist Party. (pg. 210)

Autism Librarian study notes– the chapter also mentions the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), which utilized funding received from Bill Gates to conduct gain-of-function research to increase transmission and cross-specifies infectivity of avian influenza. The brunt of the chapter is on Bill Gates’ business relations with China, later evolving to defense of China’s role in the Covid-19 “pandemic” via discouraging investigations into the origins of the virus.

What implications does the current Secretary of HHS have for the citizens of the USA that use Microsoft technology, where Bill Gates has provided the NSFC funding to conduct gain-of-function research that -Divine forbid- may result in bio-incidents as described in Chapter 27 that may subsequently result in injuries/deaths to the citizens of the USA, and where the founder of Microsoft discouraged investigations beneficial to citizens of the USA in discovering the origins of gain-of-function research (as well as broader implications and awareness regarding such dangerous research resulting in the publication of his-this book)?
