This section of the library is dedicated to a chapter-by-chapter analysis, study, and research questions/postulations/hypotheses for the literature derived from my reading of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s book “The Wuhan Cover-Up and the Terrifying Bioweapons Arms Race” published in 2023.
In 2025, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. became Secretary of Health and Human Services for the United States of America.

Chapter 9
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. writes:
Prior to 1950, hemorrhagic fever was not endemic to Korea and yet medical authorities reported thousands of cases during the war not only among Korean communities in the combat zone, but also among US forces. Some three thousand American soldiers contracted the disease while serving in Korea, and an estimated 10-15 percent died. (pg. 63)
Autism Librarian study notes- the current Secretary of HHS focuses heavily on the US use of biological weapons in violation of the 1925 Geneva Protocol which the US did not ratify at the time, in this instance directly resulting in the deaths of American soldiers who were serving in Kora at the time of the biological weapons attack.
Biological weapons use was not limited to humans contracting the disease according to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., but also biological weapons to infect another country’s food productions, specifically Cuba but he does not provide human death counts as a consequence of infected animals in Cuba -a million birds dead in Cuba due to Newscastle disease and 445,000 pigs dead in Cuba due to African swine fever biological weapons attacks, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. notes Cuba accused the CIA for the former.
Chapter 10
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. penciled:
As of 2015, nearly 4.8 million Vietnamese citizens were exposed, causing four hundred thousand deaths and another million disabilities or other health problems. Some three hundred thousand American military veterans have died from Agent Orange exposure-nearly five times the fifty-eight thousand who died in combat. (pg. 68)
Autism Librarian study notes- the current Secretary of HHS focuses this short chapter on biological weapons use in Vietnam, and ends the chapter by highlighting that CDC official Coleen Boyle prevented Veteran Administration from paying benefits for cancer and other dioxin-based injuries to the US soldiers for over a decade, and that the CDC moved her to the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities in 2010, where the current Secretary of HHS accuses her of covering up the vaccination schedule to childhood diseases, like autism. In 2026, does this woman still work at the CDC?
Chapter 11
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. pens:
As part of their bioweapons development, Fort Detrick scientists were researching seventeen vaccines against the diseases they were creating. Vaccines, after all were a necessary feature of every offensive bioweapons. “Because of the boomerang effect,” says Dr. Boyle, “you can’t use a bioweapon against your enemy without having in your possession an antidote with which to shield your own team from the blowback. For this reason, bioweapons and vaccines are always developed in tandem with each other!” (pg. 71)

Chapter 12
In this chapter, the ratification of the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) and Geneva Protocol is briefly discussed by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., specifically President Nixon’s hand in the destruction of biological agents.
Chapter 13
The projects arguably were capital crimes under the Geneva Protocol -carrying the death penalty- so naturally, both the CIA and Battelle [Memorial Institute] illegally omitted reporting their clandestine and criminal activity in the US Biological Weapons Convention mandatory reporting declarations that the US government submitted to the UN later that year. (pg. 75-76)
Autism Librarian study notes– In this chapter, the current Secretary of HHS begins by stating that while the BWC prohibited development of bioweapons for offensive use, they could be researched for defensive purposes, specifically mentioning vaccines -a loophole, as indicated by the title of the section.
Is the implication then, based upon what Robert F. Kennedy Jr. wrote, that all vaccine development post the 1975 ratification of the BWC and the Geneva Protocol, was bioweapons research disguised as vaccine-development? How is the public to regard vaccine-research and “vaccine-hesitancy” in this new regard?
Ongoing impressions– prior chapters highlighted bioweapons research and use in warfare, leading up to subsequent chapters beginning to discuss the role of bioweapons research in vaccine-research. In what role/duty, exactly, is the current Secretary of HHS presently in regarding this history of vaccines?
