Chapter 51

In yet another astonishing coincidence, Bancel, today, is the CEO of Moderna, in which Dr. Fauci, Bill Gates, Robert Kadlec, and DARPA -under CIA officer Michael Callahan- invested some $2.5 billion in mostly taxpayer dollars to develop its mRNA coronavirus vaccine in anticipation of a possible laboratory leak. (pg. 327)

At the time Moderna filed its patent, DARPA invested $25 million in 2013, with an additional commitment of $56 million in October 2020. In January 2016, BMGF invested $19,984,589 in ModernaTx Inc. to “develop a novel platform technologies [sic] for antibodies or vaccines to reduce HIV acquisition in developing countries.” In March 2019, BMGF invested an additional $1,051,128 in ModernaTx Inc. Between January 2020 and March 2022, NIH ponied up $490 million for clinical trials. BARDA pitched in $472 million in July of 2020, bringint the federal government’s total investment in the company to just under $1 billion… (pg. 327-328).

Autism Librarian study notes– what implications does the current Secretary of HHS have for the People of the United States of America where taxpayer dollars taken from the People of the United States of America and used by U.S. Government to fund a vaccine that contributes toward an entire chapter of adverse events from Covid-19 vaccines, including life-threatening reactions and deaths [2], against the People of the United States of America?

What implications does the current Secretary of HHS have when U.S. Government-employees use taxpayer dollars to respond/manage the detrimental-health consequences he dedicates an entire chapter to concerning Covid-19 vaccines [2] but that may be extended to other vaccines [2] whose health consequences are the direct result of U.S. Government’s own investments in a Covid-19 vaccine such as Moderna to begin with [1] but that may be extended to other vaccine investments by U.S. Government, as concerns protections/benefits of the Constitution of the United States of America for the People where Life is not ‘death’ [5] and where the severity of ‘injury’ may infringe upon a Person’s General Welfare and pursuit of Happiness via benign actions supportive of other People’s protections/benefits from the Constitution of the United States of America?

What implications does the current Secretary of HHS have when U.S. Government-employees use taxpayer dollars to invest in products to respond/manage detrimental health consequences he dedicates an entire chapter to concerning Covid-19 vaccines [2] but that may be extended to other vaccines [2] that are the consequence of U.S. Government’s own investments in bioweapons research as well as in a Covid-19 vaccine such as Moderna to begin with [1] but that may be extended to other vaccine/product investments by U.S. Government that are lacking Non-Clinical Toxicology safety tests that may result in additional negative health consequences to the People of the United States of America that U.S. Government attempts to respond-to/manage via new investments in products that lack Non-Clinical Toxicology safety tests, as concerns protections/benefits of the Constitution of the United States of America for the People, where Life is not ‘death’ [5] and where the severity of ‘injury’ and/or [genetic]-‘injury’ may infringe upon a Person’s General Welfare and pursuit of Happiness via benign actions supportive of other People’s protections/benefits from the Constitution of the United States of America?

What implications does the current Secretary of HHS have regarding inequality between U.S. Government-employees and the People of the United States of America, where U.S. Government employees engage in actions using taxpayer dollars that may benefit their “job security” within U.S. Government yet those actions may result in unquantified genetic-health consequences to the People of the United States of America [3-5], that U.S. Government-employees may then “invest” in using taxpayer dollars in attempt to address adverse-health consequences without knowing if their “investments” are creating more negative health consequences to the (genetic)health of the People of the United States of America, where Life is not ‘death’ [5] and where the severity of ‘injury’ and/or [genetic]-‘injury’ may infringe upon a Person’s General Welfare and pursuit of Happiness via benign actions supportive of other People’s protections/benefits from the Constitution of the United States of America?

Chapter 52

President Trump belatedly issued a proclamation for a ban on travel from China on January 31, 2020, the day after the WHO announced that the outbreak had reached the threshold of a “Public Health Emergency of Immediate Concern (PHEIC).” (pg. 342)

Autism Librarian study notes– the chapter focuses on China’s attempts at investigative suppression that the leak had occurred in Wuhan with suspicion without clear evidence that the World Health Organization (WHO) had “abetted” and was “complicit” in the cover up.

If the World Health Organization was indeed “abetting” and “complicit” in the cover up of the origins of the Covid-19 virus, what additional implications does the current Secretary of HHS have regarding membership in the WHO that may not be beneficial to the People of the United States of America in the context of the WHO’s warnings against Valproate products during pregnancy since 2015 without specifying autism as indicated on FDA package inserts since 2011 [6] as well as the WHO’s recommendation against genotoxicity evaluations for additives/adjuvants already in use prior to 2005 or for whole-vaccine formulations to assure the People of the United States of America that vaccines are genetically safe [5]?
