Chapter 58

These actors [Dr. Fauci, Peter Daszak, Jeremy Farrar, World Health Organization, and U.S. Government intelligence agencies] collaborated with the world’s leading Chinese and Western virologists to deceive the American people and two US presidents, in direct contravention of the United States of America‘s national interests. (pg. 392)

Autism Librarian study notes– the chapter focuses on the publication of a preprint study by New Delhi scientists indicating that the coronavirus was lab-engineered, Shi Zhengli swearing on her life that the virus didn’t come from the Wuhan laboratory and telling people to “shut their stinking mouths” if they believed “the unreliable so-called academic analysis of Indian scholars,” and NIAID, Anthony Fauci, Francis Collins’ involvement in the retraction of the preprint -the latter evidenced by redacted HHS documents. Another publication by Chinese scientists Lei Xiao and Botao Xio criticized the natural origins theory via citing gain-of-function research conducted at the Wuhan lab, but the current Secretary of HHS notes the Chinese government detained them and their preprint was withdrawn.

Research question– in contrast to the current Secretary of HHS’s seeming criticism of the Chinese government’s detainment of the two scientists speaking on lab-origins of the Covid-19 virus, when a Person of the United States of America conducts research that may be beneficial/protective to the People of the United States of America and may assist People in earning/obtaining the benefits/protections of the Constitution of the United States of America as concerns natural rights such as Life and Liberty via good-health, where ‘death’ is not Life and where ‘injury or death’ as a consequence of a U.S. Government-created/approved stimuli/stimulus (e.g., lab-GOF-virus, lab-attenuated virus, vaccine, etc.) -whether ‘sub-cellular injury,’ ‘cellular-injury,’ ‘genetic-injury,’ or other ‘injury-form’- infringes upon the protections/benefits provided by the Constitution of the United States of America to a Person (e.g., personal-General Welfare, residential-Domestic Tranquility, Liberty via good-health, offspring-Posterity, etc.), what is the duty/responsibility of a U.S. Government-employee (e.g., President, Secretary of HHS, FDA Commissioner, CDC Director, NIH Director, etc.) in abiding by their Oath of Office to the Constitution of the United States of America in order to maintain their employment?

Chapter 59

[Eddie] Holmes had received four Wellcome Trust grants between 2002 and 2005 totaling £628,069, and six NIH grants between 2007 and 2012 totaling $1,502,914. (pg. 399-400).

[Kristian] Anderson was also inside Dr. Fauci’s “circle of trust,” having received sixteen grants from NIH between 2018 and February 2020 totaling $16,284,728. … These [Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation] grants are in addition to the over $235 million the foundation has awarded to Calibr, a division of the Scripps Research Institute, since 2018 [research-home of Kristian Anderson]. (pg. 400)

Autism Librarian study notes– the chapter focuses on events prior to the February 1, 2020 call whose post-emails were later FOIA requested from Anthony Fauci’s emails to reveal that the lab-origin of the virus was already being considered as early as February 2020.

I would digress at this time again the current Secretary of HHS’s own reference in Chapter 16 to the passing of the Patriot Act to bypass the Geneva Protocol/Biological-Weapons-Convention (BWC) for conducting bioweapons research under the guise of gain-of-function/vaccine research, including the Secretary of HHS’s own criticisms of the Dark Winter “pandemic” simulation, the Clinton administrations “Verification Protocol,” the anthrax-link to the Pentagon’s Project Bacchus, and the FBI authorizing the destruction of anthrax-cultures at the U.S. Government biolabs in Ames, Iowa. This relevant context, I believe, continues to hover as an overarching premise over the entirety of the current Secretary of HHS’s book [1].
