This section of the library is dedicated to a chapter-by-chapter analysis, study, and research questions/postulations/hypotheses for the literature derived from my reading of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s book “The Wuhan Cover-Up and the Terrifying Bioweapons Arms Race” published in 2023.
In 2025, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. became Secretary of Health and Human Services for the United States of America.

Chapter 4
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. writes:
By the mid-1960s, following Ishii’s example, the Pentagon and the CIA were contracting research in biological and chemical weapons to universities and pharmaceutical companies. Universities, thus, played a key role in the bioweapons development from the onset. Their reliance on federal scientific research funding now accounts for some 60 percent of university research -far eclipsing their revenue from tuition. (pg. 33)
Autism Librarian study notes– the current Secretary of HHS specifically mentions Harvard Medical School, Cornell, University of Cincinnati, Michigan State College, Northwestern University, Notre Dame, John Hopkins, Yale, Rockefeller Institute, University of Chicago, University of Wisconsin, and UC Berkeley. In terms of “Big Pharma” only Merck is mentioned.
Chapter 5
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. wrote:
Ishii’s cohorts were neither charged with war crimes nor put on trial in the United States. The US built its biological weapons program based on the data and files obtained from Shiro Ishii’s Japanese laboratory. Japanese scientists and historians have attested that US guarantees of immunity, protection, and papers to Unit 731’s doctors and personnel were so widespread as to be nearly universal. (pg. 37)
Autism Librarian study notes– Robert F. Kennedy Jr. also writes that in the 1980s, many of Unit 731’s became leaders of Japan’s medical industry. As the current Secretary of HHS refers to them as ‘war criminals,’ then the implication is that Japan had war criminals leading its medical industry in the 1980s. “Operation Paperclip of the East” is how the matter is also regarded in regards to Unit 731 researchers being given immunity in the USA.
Chapter 6
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. pens:
Paperclip didn’t really take off until the CIA took control in 1947, immediately after Congress created the spy agency from the ashes of the disbanded OSS. Bioweapons research and development were therefore baked into the CIA’s DNA from the agency’s inception. (pg. 39)
Autism Librarian study notes– the current Secretary of HHS once again speaks of his regard for the CIA as having a role in bioweapons research via Operation Paperclip through the smuggling of 1,600 Germans, including approximately 600 Nazi scientists.
Second impressions- it appears Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is laying the groundwork in these early chapters regarding the historical significance of bioweapons research in the USA as well as the USA government’s smuggling of Japanese and German scientists to improve their own bioweapons development.
