Chapter 40

The chapter focuses on the USAID, CIA, and U.S. Department of State declassified Kissinger report on population control.

The report states that primary emphasis on “population moderation” should be applied to “the largest and fastest growing developing countries where there is a special US political and strategic interest. In 1974, these were: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, the Philippines, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Ethiopia, and Colombia.

Note: In 2021, the US donated COVID vaccines to the following countries: Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Colombia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Brazil, Ethiopia, Thailand.” (pgs. 258-259)

Autism Librarian study notes– The current Secretary of HHS here references Covid vaccines in the context of the Kissinger report on population control where he summarizes the Kissinger report as focusing on fertility and contraceptives, biomedical research, oral contraceptives, intra-uterine devices, sterilization of men and women, female sterilization improvements, injectable contraceptives for women, leuteolytic and anto-progesterone for fertility control, male contraceptives via injection, and an injection for women to “assure” regular periods; the same chapter also references a forced sterilization program “promoted” by the government of India as well as a sterilization program in Kenya by the WHO and UNICEF.

How does the current Secretary of HHS intend to address peaceful international relations beneficial to the People of the United States of America –We the People the Beneficiaries of our Constitution– in pursuit of domestic tranquility in our domestic-homes and domestic-residences within our State of the United States of America as we live in an increasingly culturally/ethnically diverse United States of America when actions by U.S. Government on population control (i.e., USAID, CIA, and U.S. Department of State) may compromise beneficial international relations or compromise beneficial relations with travelers from those countries to our United States of America, with whom -should our peaceful pursuits of Life, Liberty, Happiness, domestic tranquility, and general Welfare to our Lives-via-good-health align in accordance with one another- We the People desire peace?

Autism Librarian’s statement

I humbly apologize to the international community for actions taken by U.S. Government on population control, actions also affecting the People of the United States of America that have yet to be genetically quantified among our People due to lacking Non-Clinical Toxicology safety tests for vaccines and other pharmaceuticals in spite of the HHS provision of guidelines since 1996 [3]. Please distinguish the actions of U.S. Government from the actions of the People of the United States of America.

Our country this year celebrates the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence that states: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. –That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. …”

I, a Person of the United States of America operating under the alias Autism Librarian, state to the international community “[no] consent from [We the People] the governed” was obtained on matters of population control taken by U.S. Government or universities-working-with-U.S.-Government or WHO or UNFPA or Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation against People of the United States of America much less actions on population control impacting another country that may subsequently impact the benefits we receive from Our Constitution of the United States of America as concerns international peaceful relations. I am deeply sorry, embarrassed, and ashamed of U.S. Government’s actions on population control, especially regarding the current Secretary of HHS reference to U.S. Government donations of Covid vaccines given to aforesaid nations in the context of population control and the Kissinger report.

Please distinguish the actions of U.S. Government from the actions of the People of the United States of America.

I previously supported/endorsed Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for his position as Secretary of HHS within U.S. Government [2]; however, whether he holds U.S. Government responsible regarding Covid vaccines as directly related to population control against the People of the United States of America and internationally is now ambiguous to me.

My dedication to research on factors associated with autism and whether they are linked to population control is mutually exclusive from U.S. Government regardless of my previously support/endorsement for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. with whom I have never communicated with nor with whom I desire future communication/collaboration.
