Chapter 45
A short chapter focusing on Dr. Francis Collins’ dodging questions regarding GOF research, and Daszak stating he would be unable to provide data to NIH for his research conducted in China because in spite of U.S. Government funding such research, the Chinese government refused to share the research.

Chapter 46
[E]fficient virus replication was detected in all infections. To assess whether the three novel SARSr-CoVs can use human ACE2 as a cellular entry receptor, we conducted virus infectivity studies using HeLa [human fetus] cells with or without the expression of human ACE2. All viruses replicated efficiently in the human ACE2-expressing cells. (pg. 303).
Autism Librarian study notes– Robert F. Kennedy Jr. adds a bracket stating that HeLa cells are ‘human fetus’ cells; however this is incorrect as they are cancer cells from Henrietta Lacks’ cervix, the first “immortal” human cell line as it is commonly referred to.
The chapter focuses further on dodging questions regarding the funding of GOF research by Dr. Fauci in spite of published papers indicating the contrary.
Chapter 47
DARPA, nevertheless, declined Daszak’s funding request, citing EcoHealth’s failure to address the project’s ethical, legal, and social issues. … DARPA’s assessment contrasted sharply with NIH’s decades of promoting Daszak as a paradigm of responsible professionalism and his scientific proposals as vital public health research. DARPA grant reviewers, according to Eban, regarded EcoHealth as a “ragtag group” with subpar safety standards. (pg. 309)
Autism Librarian study notes– the current Secretary of HHS references Daszak’s grant application not evaluating the risks of the research.
I would return to my previous questions regarding U.S. Government funding research that results in death to the People of the United States of America, including violations of home-domestic tranquility via death’s in a Person’s home, or national-domestic tranquility losses via death-from-bioweapon marketed as a reason for mandating biological-weapons-“blowback” vaccines, mandating lockdowns infringing upon the People’s Liberty and also violating national-domestic tranquility, and violations of Liberty through ‘injury or death’ that may negatively impact a single Person’s general Welfare to reap the benefits of the Constitution of the United States of America depending on the severity of the injury impacting the Person’s [Health] Welfare.
