Francis Boyle and many other critics suspect the FBI -and particularly its chemist, Christian Hassell, a long-time protégé, of bioweapons guru Robert Kadlec and close confidante of Anthony Fauci -of orchestrating a cover up. Boyle points out that the FBI authorized the destruction of the US government’s anthrax culture collection held at Ames, Iowa. (pg. 103)
Autism Librarian study notes– regarding the 2001 anthrax attacks on CBS, NBC, ABC, New York Post, and National Enquirer; and the envelopes also mailed to the office of Senator Patrick Leahy and one addressed to Senator Tom Daschle… In this section titled ‘who was really behind the anthrax attacks’ the current Secretary of HHS references accusations against the FBI, implicating them in attacks against news stations and the offices of USA-Senators. “Project Bacchus,” a project by the Pentagon to create an anthrax production facility in Nevada, is also referenced by the current Secretary of HHS in regard to understanding the question of who was behind the anthrax attacks, seemingly implicating the Pentagon as well.
Is Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s implication, then, that the FBI and Pentagon are responsible/connected to the deaths of 5 individuals (as he indicates on pg. 97), the infections of 22 people, “anthrax anxiety” the current Secretary of HHS states was suffered by millions of Americans at the time due to the anthrax-mailings events, as well as risks to the lives of those carrying out their duties in that congressional office at the time?

In 1998, Stanford professor Steven Block, a member of the CIA technology consulting group JASON, which promotes synthetic biology and other forms of advanced bioweapons development, echoed Ainscough’s enthusiasm for the exciting advanced available from genetically engineered pathogens: “They could be made safer to handle, easier to distribute, and capable of ethnic-specificity, or be made to cause higher morbidity or mortality rates. (pg. 104)
Autism Librarian study notes– the current Secretary of HHS references here a CIA-member and Stanford professor’s excitement for “ethnic”-specific pathogens -the word ‘ethnic’ may be interpreted as ‘genetically targeted bioweapons.’
Research question: Stanford University was not previously mentioned by the current Secretary of HHS as one of the universities conducting bioweapons research in previous chapters, yet here a Stanford professor is mentioned as belonging to a CIA-bioweapons development group. Was the CIA, and by extension the USA government, utilizing Stanford University laboratories for bioweapons research? If yes, was Stanford conducting such research before and/or after the USA’a ratification of the Geneva Protocol and the BWC? Provided the statement referenced was obtained in 1998, what is the implication?

Despite the legal immunities that the Patriot Act provided, the Pentagon and CIA remained reluctant to publicly engage in bioweapons development. They may have worried that the Patriot Act loopholes would not survive judicial scrutiny; violations of the Geneva Protocol were capital crimes. Following Shiro Ishii’s model, they began funneling massive biodefense funding to the National Institute’s of Health to do bioweapons research under the guise of vaccine development. (pg. 105)
Autism Librarian study notes– via this quote, the current Secretary of HHS again states that bioweapons development research has been conducted under the pretense vaccine research. Once again, we must ask, what are his implications, then, for “vaccine hesitancy” and vaccine research overall?

President Bush also demanded that Congress pass the “Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development Act of 2005,’ granting liability relief to vaccine manufacturers. (pg. 115)
Autism Librarian study notes– is the current Secretary of HHS’s implication, then, that a previous President of the USA, in the context of bioweapons research conducted under the guise of vaccine development, is also responsible for these matters of bioweapons research, vaccine research, and injuries arising from such research?
