This section of the library is dedicated to a chapter-by-chapter analysis, study, and research questions/postulations/hypotheses for the literature derived from my reading of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s book “The Wuhan Cover-Up and the Terrifying Bioweapons Arms Race” published in 2023.
In 2025, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. became Secretary of Health and Human Services for the United States of America.

Chapter 7
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. declares:
Between 1942 and 1945, the Chemical Warfare Services conducted mustard gas experiments on approximately sixty thousand servicemen, including four thousand soldiers “subjected to severe, full-body exposures.” Additionally, historian Ed Regis reveals that during a twenty-year period beginning in the mid-fifties, the US Army conducted “Operation Whitecoat,” which exposed some 2,500 Seventh-day Adventists -who preferred serving as human laboratory rats to engaging in combat- to a variety of diseases including Q fever; tularemia; sandfly fever; typhoid fever; Eastern, Western, and Venezuelan encephalitis; Rocky Mountain spotted fever, and Rift Valley fever. (pg. 49)
Autism Librarian study notes– in this section of the chapter titled ‘Human Experiments’ the current Secretary of HHS states that the US military, in partnership with the CIA, subjected both servicemen and non-military to chemical exposures, such as the Navy’s spraying of serratia marcescens bacteria off the coast of San Francisco in September of 1950, or the 1950-60s spraying of zinc cadmium over the states of Missouri, Minnesota, Indiana, and Texas -as well as Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada.
What is his implication regarding the CIA and the military’s co-work on bioweapons?
He seems to imply that bioweapons research, CIA, and US military experimentation have a long history together, and seems to imply that in the context of this book, are historically linked to the Wuhan “leak.”
Is the extended implication, then, that the US military is also responsible for the Wuhan leak via their bioweapons research and field experiments?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. states:
CIA operatives sprayed bacteria into the air in Washington, DC’s National Airport and into the Pentagon’s air conditioning systems in 1965. In 1968, the CIA field-tested its capacity to poison public drinking water by injecting chemicals into the FDA’s water supply in Washington, DC. (pgs. 53-54)
Autism Librarian study notes– is the current Secretary of HHS’s implication here, then, that the CIA is responsible for disease in Washington DC in those years? How many individuals died?
Chapter 8
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. wrote:
With the guidance and materials provided by Paperclip Nazis and Ishii’s Japanese 731 Brigade veterans, Fort Detrick developed a vast arsenal of weaponized insects as disease vectors. One reporter wrote that by 1959, Detrick’s insect inventory included “mosquitos infected with yellow fever, malaria, and dengue; fleas infected with plague; ticks with tularemia, relapsing fever, and Colorado fever; houseflies with cholera, anthrax, and dysentery. (pg. 61)
Autism Librarian study notes– is the implication here, by the current Secretary of HHS, that military/pharmaceutical release of insects is another form of bioweapons “field experiments”? How many releases of disease-infected insects have historically occurred in the USA? How many people have died as a consequence of disease-infected insects being released by the US military?
Third impressions: the current Secretary of HHS writes heavily on military involvement of bioweapons research and experiments, seemingly implicating the USA government in the Wuhan “leak” for their previous recruitment of Nazi’s and Japanese scientists due to its influence on subsequent military/CIA/NIH/other-government-agencies bioweapons research, once again implicating them all in the matter for their previous research on bioweapons, pressuring down the premise of the book -it seemingly that bioweapons research to begin with is the culprit of the Wuhan “leak” and subsequent events impacting countries internationally.
