In the event my finding regarding the FDA package insert for Depakote/Depakene listing ‘autism’ as a consequence for offspring of mothers who took the drug during pregnancy is used against Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to undermine his nomination for Secretary of HHS under the argument that his claims regarding vaccines and autism could be null, please use the following independent analysis:
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I specialize in early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with autism. I created an online library of research called TheCausesofAutism.com “The World’s 1st Multi-Literature Autism Research Conglomerate” under the online alias Autism Librarian.
Senators: Through solitary, anonymous effort conducted without conflicts of interest for I receive zero funding from either side of the autism-vaccine debate and have never requested any funding otherwise, I have compiled available and ever-increasing scientific evidence regarding the connection between autism and various toxins, including vaccines. As such, I may be the only individual capable of providing a balanced perspective regarding vaccines and autism.
Senators: I and I alone have worked on this endeavor outside of my job in ABA services for children with autism; an endeavor that rises a skyline above the incompetence of the Center for Disease Control and the Department of Health and Human Services in providing the public at large a compilation of the research on environmental toxins behind increasing autism incidence rates. I can boldly claim my library has accomplished more in laying the groundwork for future public health policy recommendations regarding autism incidence rates than these organizations combined, and this is even before my completion of the literatures on Acetaminophen, Valproate, and other toxins associated with autism.
My online library follows a similar structure to the book “Vax-Unvax: Let the Science Speak” by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Dr. Brian Hooker; it lists study by study and statistically significant findings regarding not only vaccines and autism, but also autism and pesticides, and autism and air pollution. That book laid the structural groundwork for the library as it presently is.
As previously stated, I may be the most qualified individual without conflicts of interest from either side of the matter to draw preliminary interpretations of the autism literatures and provide an unbiased perspective regarding the Depakote finding as it may impact Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s nomination for Secretary of HHS given his stance on vaccines and autism.
Senators: The question of the hour is the following: do other literatures associated with autism, such as pesticides, air pollution, valproate, and my finding regarding the FDA package insert for Depakote undermine the current available evidence regarding vaccines and autism?
No, and due to 9 key points as follows:
- Studies analyzing data from WITHIN Vaccine Safety Datalink find an association between vaccines and autism and/or delays in development or symptoms associated with autism, such as tics (i.e., repetitive behaviors).
The American people should have access to this database, for our tax dollars support it, but we do not. Why the lack of transparency? It can only be concluded the CDC is attempting to hide what it does not wish the public to see. - Studies analyzing datasets OUTSIDE Vaccine Safety Datalink also find an association between vaccines and autism and/or neurodevelopmental delays or symptoms associated with autism. Very notable was the first of its kind publication Jablonowski and Hooker (2024) that found up to 4.49 times the risk of delayed milestones due to exposure to combinations of various vaccines.
Never before has any other study analyzed the effects of multiple exposures to vaccines, and the public deserves to know the truth about this matter within the context of vaccine safety advocacy. - For the first time we have an animal study, Erdogan et al. (2024) that found the Pfizer vaccine delivered to rats induced autism-like symptoms. This is extremely important in my analysis and interpretation of multiple literatures, as my developing interpretation is that if a toxin is inducing autism-like symptoms not only in humans, but also in animals under controlled environments with exposures to no other toxins, then the toxin deserves to be treated as extremely dangerous for neurodevelopment.
- Studies that claim no significant relationship between vaccines and autism are replete with flaws in the design of the study. An entire course in statistics and ethical research methods should be developed as a consequence of this scandal that has resulted in the cover up of the Verstraeten and DeStefano studies, as well as many other publications with methodological flaws.
As one example, Di Pietrantonj et al. (2020) which claims no significant association between MMR and autism, included data from DeStefano et al. (2004) in their study in spite of one of the study authors Dr. William Thompson’s releasing a press release on the omission of data regarding African Americans and the MMR vaccine in their study. This is unacceptable.
How can anyone draw conclusions that MMR vaccines are not associated with autism when using flawed studies in the analysis to begin with? Studies such as this only add an additional layer of obfuscation and confuse the public further.
To make matters worse, the Pietrantonj analysis also included at least 8 other studies which received substantial criticisms of methodology and conflicts of interest in the SafeMinds review of epidemiological studies on vaccines and autism.
The science is certainly NOT settled when it comes to vaccines and autism. - Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) submitted Freedom of Information Act Requests to the CDC for various important matters, all of which I have compiled on the autism-vaccine page in my library of evidence.
Notable among their findings was that the CDC was unable to provide studies to scientifically support its claim that vaccines given during the first 6 months of life do not cause autism -the CDC provided other studies in response, not the studies specifically requested.
Because of their failure to provide the studies requested, this is another reason the CDC cannot support their claim that vaccines given in the first 6 months of life are not causing autism. - Thanks to the efforts of ICAN, we have also discovered that as of January 2023, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has never -since a task force was formed in 1986- submitted a report to Congress on how they have made childhood vaccines safer.
Senators: this is unacceptable even for you if you have ever been an advocate for vaccines. - Thanks to the efforts of ICAN, we have discovered none of the vaccines recommended for children’s immunization by the FDA were licensed by based on a long-term SALINE solution placebo-controlled trial.
Senators: this is unacceptable even for you as an advocate for vaccines. - Children’s Health Defense establishes the Vaccine Safety Project that calls for improvement in greater vaccine safety advocacy through 6 key points:
1. Subjecting vaccines to a scientifically rigorous approval process.
2. Requiring reporting of vaccine adverse events; and automating VAERS and VSD databases for research.
3. Ensuring all parties involved with federal vaccine approvals and recommendations are free from conflicts of interest.
4. Reevaluating all vaccines recommended by ACIP prior to the adoption of evidence-based guidelines.
5. Studying what makes some individuals more susceptible to vaccine injury.
6. Supporting fully-informed consent and individual rights to refuse vaccination.
These 6 points alone should tell the world Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is not ant-vax but is calling for greater vaccine safety and is attempting to empower the American people by giving them the right to informed consent and the right to make their own best healthcare decisions, as well as hold our health agencies accountable to improve their practices. - Last but not least, I have just finished completion of a review of package inserts for all vaccines and have discovered something that will shock the world: not a single vaccine on the childhood immunization schedule, or any other vaccine for the matter, has ever been evaluated for mutagenic or carcinogenic potential.
This carries much significance and requires careful elaboration.
First, what does this finding mean?
It means the CDC never studied how any vaccine could mutate genes.
Can the CDC make the claim that ‘vaccines do not cause autism’ if they never evaluated how a single vaccine could mutate genes that could increase the risk of autism?
This is important considering the controversial MMR vaccine: none of the MMR vaccines on the market have been evaluated for mutagenic potential.
If the CDC doesn’t know what genes could be mutated from single dose exposure to a vaccine, much less cumulative exposure to the entire childhood vaccination schedule, how can they assert genetic mutations are not the culprit behind increased risk of autism?
The CDC may state autism is primarily a genetic disorder; but they technically cannot make this claim without subsequently implicating vaccines if they do not have the studies to prove vaccines are NOT mutating genes OR that any genetic mutations arising out of vaccines have NO association to increased risk of autism.
Thus, the evidence regarding vaccines and autism is substantial enough to implicate them in rising autism incidence rates despite alternative scientific literatures on toxins associated with autism.
Additionally, genetic mutations by vaccines are worth considering on two fronts:
1. Parental genetic mutations from vaccines that could impact the risk of autism in the offspring.
2. Childhood genetic mutations due to prenatal and postnatal exposure to vaccines that could impact the risk of autism.
The CDC must prove single dose vaccines as well as cumulative exposures to vaccines are not mutating genes, OR must prove that any genetic mutations rising out of single dose or cumulative vaccine exposures are not associated with increased risk of autism.
And I would preemptively warn the public against researchers that design a study to examine for statistically significant differences in genetic mutations when comparing one vaccine to another and claiming “no significant differences in genetic mutations across vaccines, therefore, nothing to be concerned of,” as this design doesn’t answer the fundamental question: is the single vaccine or multiple doses of vaccines causing ANY genetic mutations and are these related to increased risk of autism?
The only piece of evidence available regarding genetic mutations arising out of vaccines comes from the aforementioned animal study on the Pfizer vaccine inducing autism-like symptoms in rats, which did find changes in genes as a consequence of the vaccine. Once again, this study is the first of its kind in offering the public insight into how vaccines may mutate genes to induce autism spectrum disorders.
The CDC cannot claim vaccines don’t cause autism with this gaping hole listed on the FDA package inserts themselves; this is the cherry on top of all the other evidence that continues to grow regarding vaccines and autism and which I have compiled in my library.
Finally, regarding the matter of my finding regarding Valproate products, it is worth noting exposure to vaccines across this country is more widespread than exposure to Valproate products, based upon practices that attempt to mandate strict adherence to the vaccine schedule across the country.
Thus, the heavy attention on vaccine safety advocacy is not creating a limited hangout.
To state that I have insinuated or stated that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. or others are creating limited hangouts is incorrect. I have never made such statements and explicitly said in my article titled Confronting Limited Hangouts: Let’s Bring Science Back to Autism Awareness that “This library directly accuses no one.”
My psychological analysis of the present situation as it pertains to consumer response on social media indicates the possibility of the consequence Matching Law, where many organizations MATCH consumer response to specific content by creating more content the consumers themselves focus on. Such is the psychological consequence of a pandemic where the public was forced to an extremely tough choice regarding vaccines; now, it seems all the public wants to talk about is vaccines.
This is the issue I’ve been facing with my library.
However, I would remind many that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and many others behind him have their roots established in vaccine safety advocacy.
And in truth, perhaps this library is ahead of its time and it would’ve made more sense a decade later. The heavy focus on vaccines on social media is warranted, and I have never in any way attempted to draw attention away from vaccine safety advocacy through compiling multiple literatures on toxins associated with autism. I have attempted to be productive and helpful and get ahead of the situation through compiling the literatures on other toxins to compliment attention given to vaccine safety advocacy, not draw focus away from it.
Were I to construct a list of major tasks aimed at reducing autism incidence rates through the addressing of various toxins associated with them, it would be as follows:
- Repeal the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act to make vaccine manufacturers liable for vaccine injury and subject vaccine clinical trials to the same rigorous approval process as drugs including the testing for mutagenic, carcinogenic, and fertility effects on humans via saline-placebo long-term clinical trials.
- Prevent the pesticides industry from obtaining immunity from liability so that we do not have a repeat of the present situation and another individual 10 years down the line is in front of the Senate facing the same issues we are now.
- Withdraw from the Sensitive Application Warning System free-energy/over-unity/zero-point energy technologies and open source them to public inventors so the contributions to worldwide air pollution impacting autism incidence rates coming from burning fossil fuels, oil refining, stationary combustion of oil and gas, power plants, and many other sources are minimized through worldwide access to free-energy.
- Improve public awareness regarding Valproate products being associated with increased risk of autism for mothers who take the drug during pregnancy to minimize contribution to autism incidence rates from that factor.
- Improve public awareness regarding other toxins associated with increased risk of autism.
Please note that vaccines are number 1 on this list, and I again state my efforts perhaps have been ahead of their time.
I would refine my previous statement regarding “vaccines not being more important than Depakote, or vice versa” to mean that a scientific analysis would consider both toxins dangerous and independent from each other to exert effects on neurodevelopment. This is why I stated, “we cannot afford to argue about which one is more important.”
However, given my novel discovery, it can now be equally stated vaccines have been on the market for decades without even an evaluation for mutagenic potential for single dose or cumulative exposure to multiple vaccines to scientifically ascertain if vaccines cause autism or not.
This is the complete opposite of the narrative that ‘vaccines are safe.’
How can anyone state ‘vaccines are safe’ if the package inserts themselves state they were never evaluated for mutagenic or carcinogenic potential?
My scientific stance regarding these literatures does not change, and I continue to advocate for proper attention to be given to all toxins, especially vaccines.
Thus, I fully support and endorse Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for Secretary of HHS.
I trust his knowledge and expertise on the matter will bring about a positive shift in American health,
and I urge all Senators,
regardless of your previous or current stance on vaccines,
that you make the right decision by advocating for greater vaccine safety for yourselves, your families, and all Americans, by voting to bring Robert F. Kennedy Jr. into HHS.
Good luck Mr. Kennedy.

Post-Endorsement Comments
Should questions be drawn regarding whether I am under undue influence, please use the following information:
Let it be clear and on record that I have no desire to work at HHS, and that this endorsement comes with absolute purity and without political influence for I am not in communication with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., or any individuals employed by Children’s Health Defense or Informed Consent Action Network, or similar organizations or major public figures.
While I have lamented my solitude in this work, perhaps this is all been for the better. Perhaps the lack collaboration from Children’s Health Defense and other organizations regarding my work has allowed me to come forward now as a wholly independent party offering an analysis of the matter.
Thus, my endorsement and analysis is particularly meaningful and significant considering my independence from the influence of any such individuals.
If working in solitude thus far has allowed me to come forward with an independent, clear analysis that will improve American health, so be it and it’s all been worth it.
I can offer a zero conflicts of interest endorsement and analysis of Mr. Kennedy’s views regarding vaccine safety advocacy.
Good luck to Mr. Kennedy because the disaster the CDC, HHS, and FDA have been upon American health, will, in my opinion, require an uncompromising iron fist…and my callousness and condescension toward corrupt individuals working at these agencies makes me unfit to work there.
Mr. Kennedy possess the leadership to handle such matters; I do not.
My patience is unlimited when it comes to children with autism; for corrupt adults…not so much.
If it were me, whose heart has hardened because of the challenges I witness among families of children with autism, the firing of many employees at these agencies would be a welcome sight.
How on earth does HHS have 18,000 employees and not one of them found what I did regarding Depakote?
The same could be said for the CDC, FDA, and NIH.
This is an embarrassment to the United States of America as a world leader.
What makes a BCBA unique and different from a parent raising a child with autism is that we collectively witness the hardships of millions of children and adults, not just one or two in a single household. We see it all, and we’ve seen it all across the decades the field of Applied Behavior Analysis has worked with the autism population.
That’s what makes us different.
And that’s what made me different in providing the indomitable drive to work in solitude with zero funding to provide this independent analysis.
Good luck again, Mr. Kennedy,
and Godspeed.
The Dark Addendum
to my endorsement of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for Secretary of Health and Human Services
I challenged the CDC’s assertion that ‘vaccines do not cause autism’ to establish legitimacy for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s vaccine safety advocacy under the argument that if the package inserts for childhood vaccines state the vaccines were not evaluated for mutagenic potential, the CDC cannot state ‘vaccines do not cause autism’ without first evaluating genetic mutations arising out of single dose or cumulative exposure to vaccines influencing parental genetic mutations increasing autism risk in the offspring as well as offspring genetic mutations increasing their own risk of autism.
However, I recognize the implications of this finding extend beyond autism:
The CDC must now prove not a single genetic mutation arising out of vaccines is associated with an increased risk of genetic susceptibility to ANY other diseases known to man on two fronts:
1. Parental genetic mutations from vaccines that could impact the risk of a disease in the offspring.
2. Childhood genetic mutations due to prenatal and postnatal exposure to vaccines that could impact their risk of a disease.
This puts massive pressure upon the health agencies to prove that even if claims regarding ‘vaccines saving lives’ against the diseases they are meant to protect is true [and there are challenges to these claims as well beyond the scope of this addendum], have vaccines increased genetic susceptibility to OTHER diseases in the process?
This is the greater, dark reality of this discovery.
According to the vaccine package inserts, the CDC does not know the answer to this question.
For any individual to state otherwise is a lie unless the studies were conducted and remain unreleased. If any individual from a government health agency makes the claim that ‘vaccines do not mutate genes or have carcinogenic potential,’ they could be subject to immediate FOIA request for the study to support the claim.
This was the case when Informed Consent Action Network submitted a FOIA request to the CDC to support their claim that “Covid-19 vaccines do not change or alter DNA in any way.” The CDC was unable to provide a single study to support the claim and stated without scientific basis, “that it is not biologically possible for the vaccines to change or interact with an individual’s DNA.”
My recent discovery strengthens the basis for the FOIA request: the package inserts for the vaccines themselves indicate they have not been evaluated for mutagenic potential.
How can the CDC claim “it is not biologically possible for vaccines to change or interact with an individual’s DNA” if no study has ever been conducted on the matter?
The matter is complicated further when considering cumulative exposure to multiple vaccines across the childhood schedule.
While many have argued against vaccines causing autism under the premise that published studies that do find an increased risk do not come from peer-reviewed journals, no one will be able to undermine statements that vaccines are not evaluated for mutagenic or carcinogenic potential or call it a “conspiracy theory” given the evidence is on the package inserts themselves.
My seniors in the field of vaccine safety advocacy no doubt will carry this discovery forward, as it will change public discourse around vaccines yet further.
All Americans will now be able to ask their doctor: “does this vaccine mutate genes or carry carcinogenic potential? Could this increase my genetic susceptibility to other diseases?”
Doctors who adhere to informed consent will have to say, “the package insert for this vaccine indicates this was never evaluated, I cannot give you a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ response.”
Additionally, how can a doctor who took an oath to “Do no harm” evaluate the potential genetic or carcinogenic harm of a vaccine if such studies have never been conducted by the CDC?
Are doctors violating their oath by administering vaccines?
This is the dark reality now facing American doctors.
This is the dark reality now facing the American public.
Autism-Telomere literature
Within the context of genetic mutations and autism, the autism-telomere literature recently published its first systematic review and meta-analysis.
Telomeres are repetitive DNA sequences, with shorter Telomere Length (TL) associated with rapid biological aging.
Unfortunately, the meta-analysis found shorter TL in children and adolescents with autism. This finding could explain an association between premature mortality and autism that rules out other causes, such as accidents or injury.
However, I must morbidly offer a dark reminder: studies on autism frequently rely upon behavioral criteria for autism, not biological markers for autism. The meta-analysis proposes the use of TL as a biomarker for autism diagnosis.
It is not the way around: we are not using biological criteria for autism diagnosis but continue to rely upon the behavioral criteria of the DSM-5.
Consequently, this does not mean a person without an autism diagnosis could not have TL impacted by the same factors that result in autism diagnosis despite not meeting behavioral-diagnostic criteria.
I task the CDC to conduct and provide the studies to show the American people that vaccines [single dose or cumulative exposures to the childhood schedule] are not associated with mutagenic or carcinogenic potential for any disease known to man, doing so via ethically designed studies considering the literatures on biomarkers.
If ever there was a time to advocate for vaccine safety in understanding mutagenic and carcinogenic potential of vaccines, it is now.
We must have these answers regarding vaccines.
This historic hearing for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s nomination for Secretary of Health and Human Services
will carry significant consequences,
and I urge you to vote ‘yes’ for the sake of public health.
